Our apartment is situated in the Hotel Giovanna Regina, directly on the sea-side, in front of our privat beach.
Our apartment offers you a privat entrance hall, a large bedroom with bathroom / shower, kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, second bathroom /
shower, garden.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, kitchen accessories, oven, Tv Color ; our hotel laundry is at your disposal.
You can use all our Hotel services.
The rent includes :
- Consume of water, electricity and gas.
- Weekly, fortnightly and monthly rent possible.
- Guarantee Deposit for house cleaning, refundable if the apartment is left in perfect condition.
- Check-in 15.00 Our, check-out 9.00 Our.
- Deposit 30% - final payment on arrival.
Our beach offers you following services without supplement :
beach cabines, cold and warm shower, animation for children and adults, baby-sitter service,
bowls, table-tennis, beach-volleyball, beach-tennis, children's toys, bikes, warehouse for rowing boats and beach mattress, fittnes-area.
